process that we do every Sunday aims to achieve the awakening or realization of God, or both. If you have the first awakening, the realization of God is pretty easy. If you have the first realization of God then the awakening is almost instantaneous.
Now, we really fully understand this process, it involves three things: intent, effort and grace.
The intention must be right. If your intent is to find a solution to your physical problems, then it is fine.
If your intent is to find a solution to your psychological problems, then it is fine.
If your intent is to dissolve the pain of life, or what we call spiritual dissatisfaction, then your intent is right.
